Privacy Notice

Enterpoint Ltd. collects (with permission) data for marketing purposes and also for the payment and delivery of orders. In some cases this may involve information being interchanged between us and third parties like payment mechanisms (e.g. Paypal) or web selling sites (e.g. Ebay). We do take your privacy seriously and any personal information collected is not used for any other purpose other than payment of orders, collection of debts, or where you have asked for marketing communications like our newsletter. We do not sell information to third parties or in any way release data other than for payment processing or agreed marketing purposes.

Types of data held

We will hold contact details for product purchasing (or potential purchasing) customers such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, delivery and invoice addresses. Normally these will be business related details but where a purchaser is an individual these may be personal details. Currently we do not hold any financial processing data on our own website. Financial processing and data is handled separately by third parties like PayPal and any such information is handled and processed by them.

With consent we will hold marketing contact details including email address, name details and should we implement it marketing preferences.

Our website may gather IP addresses and use cookies but only with the purpose to improve your experience of our website. Cookies can be controlled by settings within your browser.

Web accounts will be password protected in order to control access and provide security to any linked data.

Protection of data

Enterpoint Ltd. will keep all data in secure locations protected by password and where possible not exposed to internet access. We will also limit the access to any data by Enterpoint employee or contractor of Enterpoint Ltd. to a need to know basis. We will not sell any data to any third party.

Data privacy rights

You have several rights under GDPR provisions subject to exceptions:

  2. The right to rectification such that any incorrect or incomplete data may be corrected.

You may also withdraw you consent for Enterpoint Ltd. to hold data at any time. Consent withdrawal only applies to any future actions and will affect your ability to enter into contracts with Enterpoint Ltd. on behalf of yourself or your business organisation.
