Our latest Craignell familiy - Craignell2 launches with a 40 pn DIL module. The family features a XilinxTM SpartanTM3-A FPGA 200K-1.4M gates, 128Mbit SPI Flash for configuration and microprocessor code, 8-64 Mbyte SDRAM and all round 5V tolerance and 5V CMOS driving. Module is also capable of operating from 2V to 5.5V. |
