The Ethernet Phy module provides the connector and PHY for a 10/100 Base-T Ethernet. It is based on a National DP83848C Phy. The module does not contain the Ethernet MAC which you should implement yourself within the your FPGA design. Connection between the PHY and the FPGA is a standard MII interface.
