Our recently renovated office is 2 minutes walk from our local railway stations offering direct connections to Birmingham, Hereford, London and Worcester.

In support of our ongoing growth Enterpoint is looking for a design engineers with a range of skill backgrounds including FPGA, VHDL, Verilog, DSP, PCB design and embedded software. These position/s would be based at our office in Malvern UK although occasional travel may be required in support of Enterpoint's worldwide customer base.

We are looking for engineers that can be a cut above the average. The ability and desire to learn new techniques outside your existing range of experience would be expected of anyone employed by Enterpoint. The ability to think outside the box is another attribute we are looking for.

Our team is small and highly efficient. We operate with a minimal number of management layers to maintain this efficiency and dynamic response to our customer needs. Potential employees need to be able to self motivate and manage to achieve project targets.

Enterpoint operates a project driven development strategy and a single engineer will typically handle a large percentage of a particular design project including all aspects of schematic capture, PCB layout and FPGA design and verification.

A "can find a way" and/or an  ideas personality will be an advantage in gaining employment at Enterpoint.  Whilst individual achievement is what we are looking to carry projects to fulfilment we do operate in as a team and helping your colleges out on difficult problems is the norm in our office environment.
